Dear Mark: We wish to compliment you, your staff and your company for the excellent service with regard to painting the exterior of our house. From the very first contact with your office through the final trim touch up, our experience has been exceptional.
I called initially simply from your yellow pages ad because it featured “family owned and in business since 1951.” Sharon took the call and at my request sent me a list of references by fax within one hour. I looked at one cited house nearby on Old Tale Lane, decided that the $25 refundable estimate fee made sense, and set up a date. You were on time to do the estimate and, as promised, sent a quote by fax the next working day. I had made by own guesstimate and decided that the price was OK.
Kirk, Matt and Jason showed up on schedule two weeks later as agreed. We can’t say enough about how pleasant and efficient they were on our job. They were great. Kirk even put extra paint on the southern exposures of the house as the siding really soaked up the paint. We were delighted to pay only for two extra gallons.
